Jack Worthy - started his career in 1919 and spanned a total of thirty-eight years as a player and coach with Brampton and Hamilton, Ontario.

He was a member of the Canadian Olympic Team in 19'' and coached the 19'' Hamilton Tigers to the Mann Cup.

He was the winner of the Querrie Medal in 19'5 and was active on the executives of the Ontario Lacrosse Association and Brampton Club after he retired from playing and coaching the game.
