F.I. "Herby" Delmonico - is another member of the famous Delmonico lacrosse family.

Herb overcame a serious physical handicap to forge out a ten-year senior career. Despite having sight in only one eye, he tended goal for the Richmond, British Columbia, Farmers, blocking 3,910 of 6,190 shots thrown his way.

He was aggressive and colourful when blocking shots and had the confidence to inspire his teammates.
