Leo Gregory was born in New Westminster in 189'.

He spent twenty years with the Salmonbellies, winning numerous Mann Cup titles before he retired in 1928. The final season was special as Leo captained the representative Canadian Team at the 1928 Olympic games in Amsterdam.

Leo remained active after he retired by coaching and managing junior teams.
