In 1978 Kerri was selected to the first Ontario Women's Field Lacrosse team and continued to play with this squad until 1995, winning 3 Canadian National championships. She captained this club for 11 years and took over as an assistant coach from 1997 to 1998. A pioneer in women's field lacrosse, Kerri Hardill represented Canada in two world championship tournaments and four international tours.
