Geordie Johnston - Geordie began his senior career in Toronto and Orillia, but played most of his lacrosse with Victoria, British Columbia. He was a favourite with the fans, particularly the youngsters, with his penchant for flipping the ball into the stands after a spectacular save. He won many MVP awards, including the Mann Cup Mike Kelly in 1955. Over his career he blocked a total of 6,081 shots for an average of 71.9 per cent. |
