originally from Fergus, Ontario, where he played his minor lacrosse, he went on to junior and senior lacrosse in Ontario and the National (the first NLL pro league) Lacrosse League before he was enticed out west to Victoria, British Columbia where he played for four years. He is recognized in both the east and west as a top-flight defensive goaltender with accurate long-pass offensive skills. He earned '70 assists in '77 games. |
