played with Richmond Hill, Brampton, and Fergus, Ontario. He was a smooth, stickhandling forward who had a knack of putting the ball in the net. An aggressive-type player who asked for no quarter and gave none. A good defensive player, he turned to refereeing when his playing days were over, and later coached in Fergus.
