1965 Jim Douglas 74Jim Douglas was born in New Westminster, British Columbia, and played all of his lacrosse there. Playing for a total of eleven years, eight with the New West Adanacs, and three with the Salmonbellies.

A fierce competitor, he scored 466 goals and had 182 assists. He was the winner of the Maitland Trophy, for outstanding play, sportsmanship, and contributing to the game in 1939 when the Adanacs won the Mann Cup. He was also with the Canadian Championship Salmonbellies in 1943.
