William Evans was another one of the many builders to come out of Brampton, Ontario, and become actively involved.

In 19'0 he was a founding member of the Brampton Minor Lacrosse Association and served in every capacity from organizer to president. In 1961, he was named "Mr. Lacrosse" in the Ontario Minor Lacrosse Association and honoured in 1964 with a lifetime membership</p>
