was born in Douglas Town, New Brunswick, but played all his lacrosse with the New Westminster, British Columbia, Salmonbellies. 

He played a total of twenty six years and was on five Canadian Championship teams.  A real hustler, he scored many goals in key siturations.

He was a member of the Canadian Olympic Team in 1908.
