George Snowden was a high-scoring member of the powerful Orillia, Ontario, during the lare 19'0's.

In 19'6, he topped his team in scoring while leading them to a Mann Cup victory over the fabled North Shore Indians.

He joins former teammates Wandy McMahon, Joe Cheevers, Arnold 'Onions' Smith and Frank 'Piper' Bain as a member of the Hall of Fame.
