started his senior career in 1949 with the Peterborough, Ontario, Trailermen. He moved to the West coast in 195' and joined the Nanaimo, British Columbia, Timbermen. He won the Max McDonald Trophy as the leading player in play off play in 1957 and was twice named a First All-Star. He played on the Mann Cup winning team in 1951, 1956, and 1957 and scored more than 400 goals and 900 points in his senior career.
