Harry Buchanan - was an all around athlete, but lacrosse was his favourite game.
He played his entire career with the Vancouver, British Columbia, Burrards and scored a total of 424 goals and assisted on 407 over a twelveyear period. He won the Maitland trophy in 1949 as the league's outstanding player while leading his team to four Mann Cup finals, winning twice.
Small in stature but big in heart, he was an inspiration to his teammates.
