Fred Conradi was totally involved with lacrosse in St. Catharines for many years.
A quiet, unassuming person, he worked tirelessly with the minors, bankrolling them on many occasions. He was an executive member of the Canadian Lacrosse Association for eight years, rising to the position of president in 1969 and 1970.
Through all his years in lacrosse, he befriended the originators of the game, the Canadian Natives. He was always willing to help if they were in need of assistance.
