1979 Alexander Al Coutie 324Alexander "Al" Coutie - started his junior career with the Toronto Beaches in 1916.

He graduated to the senior team in 19'0, before transferring to St. Simons in 19'4. He won the most valuable player award the next year, nosing out the great Ted Reeve (Charter) from Brampton.

He finished out his playing days with the Montreal Maroons when he participated in the very first box lacrosse game ever played.
