1976 Stan Bunny Joseph 297Stan Joseph was one of the outstanding goaltenders of all time.

He played senior lacrosse for '5 years. He faced a total of 18,456 shots and had a 70.7 percent average. He won the Leo Nicholson trophy as the league's outstanding goalie on four different occasions and won the most valuable player award in 195'. He played on three Mann Cup winning teams and at all times was a credit to the game.

In 1945 at the age of sixteen he replaced the great Henry Baker (Charter) in goal for the North Shore senior club where he played for twelve years. He then played one year with Vancouver, three with New Westminster, four back with Vancouver before continuing his career in Senior "B" and the North Shore "A" team of 1968 and 1969.

His last "A" game was with the Coquitlam Adanacs in 1970.
